Changed your mind
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to cancel it before fulfilment starts.
Unopened products
For food and drink products, returns can only be accepted when the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review it and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need several business days to process the refund.
